Miami Valley DPC generally holds meetings the first Wednesday of Mar, Apr, May, June, October and November. Our Annual post-Holiday get-together is in January and we hold our Annual Picnic/Doberfun Day in September. We schedule meetings in Feb, July, Aug and Dec if necessary to conduct special club business.
Club meetings are scheduled at 6pm so attendees can have something to eat if they wish; if we meet at a restaurant, there is no requirement to purchase food. Business meetings follow social time and start at 7pm. The meetings usually end by 8pm.
